Now fresh milk direct from Johnston Family Farm in Newborn, GA is available in reduced fat. Only 2% butterfat. Our milk is minimally processed to preserve the freshness and flavor of milk. We low temp pasteurize to preserve the beneficial amino acids and enzymes that naturally occur in milk. We also do not homogenize to preserve the natural taste and texture of milk. Our cows are grass fed and pastured. We never use rBST or any other growth hormone. We also never use antibiotics except when the cow's life is in danger. Then we dump the milk from that cow until the antibiotics cannot be detected with a test that is accurate down to 2 parts per BILLION.
